Woerden, April 2016 - Xtandit’s expansion with the acquisition of selected components of the DH Group has generated substantial added value. The value added is a product of optimum deployment of Xtandit’s core competences in the DH Group: Xtandit has proven itself to be the Dutch leader in operational efficiency.
Xtandit is Xerox’s largest business partner in the Netherlands. It took on the customer relations and rights and obligations pertaining to the customer contracts of the DH Group branches in Alkmaar and Eindhoven. The customer portfolio it has acquired strengthens Xtandit’s position as one of Xerox’s largest business partners in Western Europe, not only in terms of size, but also as a specialist in Managed Print Services and in turnover from graphics production equipment.
For Xerox, acquisition of the DG Group customer relations confirms continuation of Xerox’s stable partnership with Xtandit.
